Can I ask the chauffeur to make a stop during the trip?
Yes, you can request additional stops during your journey. However, please note that this may incur extra charges depending on the additional time and distance traveled. For your convenience, we recommend informing us of any planned stops when you book your ride
How can I cancel or modify my ride?
To cancel your booking, you can use the cancellation link included in your confirmation email or contact us directly.
Our refund policy is as follows:
Full Refund: For cancellations made more than 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
50% Refund: For cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
No Refund: For cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

Why do I need to provide my personal information (phone number and email)?

Confirm your booking and send you your receipt.
Notify you when your chauffeur has arrived at the pick-up location.

How long will the chauffeur wait for me?
Your chauffeur will wait for you for up to 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Beyond this period, a waiting fee may apply.
If you experience any unexpected delays, please inform us as soon as possible. In the event of a flight or train delay, no penalty will be applied, as we monitor arrivals in real-time.
Can the chauffeur refuse to take me on board?
For safety and security reasons, the chauffeur reserves the right to refuse boarding if:
Overcapacity: The number of passengers exceeds the vehicle's legal capacity.
Intoxication: The client is in a state of advanced intoxication or under the influence of drugs.
Safety Risk: The client is aggressive or threatens the physical integrity and safety of the chauffeur.
Luggage Volume: The number or size of luggage exceeds the vehicle's trunk capacity.
In these specific cases, the booking may be cancelled without a refund.
